Sales Trainer

Trainer Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite assessments for independent insurance agencies throughout the country
  • Conduct onsite training, consulting, and coaching services
  • Support all departments within company as needed for insurance agency expertise
  • Sell paid training contracts to existing clientele and prospects
  • Assist in the creation of training modules for use during onsite visits
  • Conduct offsite web-based training modules on CRM tool and Best Sales Practices

Education Requirements:

  • 4 year college education
  • Minimum 5 years experience in independent agency sales environment
  • Must be able to present in groups ranging from 5 people to 50
  • Training provided but some knowledge/experience a bonus.
  • Full time employment
  • Base salary, plus commissions. Onsite training pay with ability to earn 6 figure income first year
