Keeping these key notions of belief, enthusiasm, and understanding where you want to go will always bring out the best in you and the people around you; keeping you all on the same page, striving for the same overall goal.

So, as an agency owner what do you do? Reinforce the core vision throughout meetings, interviews, and daily activities at the office. It’s the domino effect. If you believe, then the next person will and so on. If there is one person with a negative attitude then everyone below that person will fall.
